Refund policy
RETURNS
Most of our products are made to order using print‑on‑demand. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or if you simply decide you don’t like the design.
However, if there is a problem with your order – the item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product – we will happily fix it.
To report an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at grugaart@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the problem.
DAMAGED, MISPRINTED OR WRONG ITEMS
If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us at grugaart@gmail.com. Once we’ve reviewed your request, we will either:
– send a free replacement, or
– issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please do not send anything back before we’ve approved your claim and given you return or replacement instructions.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:
– change of mind
– ordering the wrong size
– sale items or gift cards
EU CUSTOMERS
Many of our items are produced on demand or personalised for you, which means the usual 14‑day EU withdrawal right may not apply. If you’re unsure whether your order is eligible for cancellation, please email us at grugaart@gmail.com before placing your order or as soon as possible after.
REFUNDS
If we approve a refund, we’ll process it to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund. If you haven’t received a refund 15 business days after our confirmation, please contact us at grugaart@gmail.com.
